Welcome to Yeti Scholar (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web application, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You may be required to create an account or log in through a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Auth0) to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
You agree not to:
The Services are designed to help users study, learn, and improve certain skills. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date materials, we do not guarantee the completeness, correctness, or suitability of any content. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Services is at your own risk. The accuracy and relevance of any personalized prep tasks or recommendations depend on the completeness and accuracy of any information you choose to provide, including (but not limited to) your current SAT score, section-level confidence, stated weaknesses, and target score.
The Services may permit you to submit content, such as messages through a contact form or other input fields. This includes any test scores, performance feedback, and goal data you submit for personalization purposes. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you submit.
By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You agree that any content you submit will comply with all applicable laws and will not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove, screen, or edit user content at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any scores, confidence ratings, or goal information you choose to submit are truthful and accurate. We are not liable for recommendations that are suboptimal or ineffective due to inaccurate or incomplete data you provide.
All content, features, and functionality provided as part of the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no license or right to use our intellectual property is granted to you.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any such marks without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective owners.
We offer two individual plans: FREE and PRO.
Individual PRO subscriptions are auto-renewing (monthly or annual). All subscription fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms and conditions. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
You may cancel your individual PRO subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, except where required by applicable law. Changes to your plan (e.g., switching between Monthly and Annual) take effect after the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Institutions may purchase one-time, fixed-term School Plans by selecting a School ID, setting separate passwords for Students and School Officials, optionally enforcing a specific email domain (e.g., @example.edu), selecting term length and seats, and paying a one-time price. After payment, the plan activates for the selected term. Students and School Officials can join using the School ID and the appropriate password; if domain enforcement is enabled, only users with the approved domain may join.
The School Plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed term. Pricing starts at $19.99 per student per month (the “base rate”). You choose a term of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and a number of student seats (minimum 100; maximum 4,000). The price is calculated in two steps:
After those two discounts are applied in that order, the resulting per-student monthly rate is multiplied by the number of seats and by the number of months in the term to produce your total one-time price. We cap any single checkout at $999,999.00, and the maximum initial term is 12 months.
You may extend time, add seats, or do both in a single top-up. Time can only be added in fixed terms of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or by using the Max-Out to 12 months option. At least one of “add seats” or “add months” must be greater than zero.
Max-Out to 12 months (365-day total). The extension options shown are limited to terms that would not push your plan beyond 12 months (365 days) in total remaining time. If one or more fixed terms (1, 3, 6, 12 months) would exceed that cap and are therefore unavailable, we also offer a “Max-Out” option. “Max-Out” adds exactly the number of days needed to reach a total of 12 months (365 days), measured from the later of your current expiration or the time of purchase. The term discount applied to Max-Out follows the same discount schedule and is determined by the actual length of the added period (0% if under 3 months; 25% if at least 3 but under 6 months; 40% if at least 6 but under 12 months; 50% if exactly 12 months).
How we count time for expiration. For fixed-term extensions, we add a fixed number of days from the later of your current expiration or the time of purchase: 1 month = 30 days, 3 months = 91 days, 6 months = 182 days, 12 months = 365 days. “Max-Out” adds the exact number of days required to reach a total of 365 days remaining. If your plan has already expired, added time is counted from the time of purchase. Adding seats to an expired plan without adding time does not reactivate access; you must add time.
After any top-up: total seats cannot exceed 4,000; the total remaining term after the top-up cannot exceed 12 months (365 days); and any single top-up charge cannot exceed $999,999.00. Your total top-up price is the sum of the components described above that apply to your selection.
To reduce seats, allow the current plan to expire, then purchase a new plan with fewer seats. The new seat count must be at least the number of students already joined under the expired plan.
Owners and School Officials may export school-scoped CSVs of student performance and progress (e.g., student emails, XP, latest actions, full-length test scores and section subscores, attempts history, custom-test counts, math formulas learned, vocabulary units completed, reading-speed levels completed). You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and institutional policies when handling exported data.
School Plan prices may change. Because School Plans are one-time purchases, price changes apply to future purchases only. The checkout page always shows the current price before payment.
When a School Plan expires, student PRO features and Owner/Official access to student dashboards end immediately. Upon successful extension (top-up), access is restored immediately.
If domain enforcement is enabled, you must join with a matching email domain; public providers (e.g., gmail.com) are not permitted for domain-restricted plans. Students must confirm they are 13 years of age or older to join a School Plan and consent to share their in-platform progress and performance with the school’s Owner and School Officials. Students also consent to the use of their performance for school-only leaderboards.
If you are a School Owner with an active School Plan, you must wait for the plan to expire before deleting your personal account so school access and records are not disrupted.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of the Services becomes unavailable for any period.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after posting the revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
Our AI-Tutor feature helps you review SAT-style questions one at a time by processing your question data, answer selections, and chat history. The AI-Tutor is available to PRO subscribers with unlimited usage.
